Syndicate 2525 appoints London market claims manager
D L Dale & Others, Syndicate 2525, the specialist employers’ and third party liability Lloyd’s insurer, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Ryan as London market claims manager. Syndicate 2525 is managed by Asta Managing Agency.
Ryan joins from QBE where he spent 17 years, serving as claims manager for property & casualty, international markets since 2014. He takes up his new role on 28 August.
Formed in 2000, Syndicate 2525 has established itself as a leader within the London market in all aspects of liability business, including offshore and construction risks. In 2014, a primary international liability account was established to underwrite SME business, construction risks and larger corporate accounts primarily in Canada, Australia and South Africa.
Ryan’s appointment has been made to support the continued growth of the international account and maintain the syndicate’s market-leading reputation for proactive claims management.
