Pioneer Underwriters appoints Head of Catastrophe Risk and Exposure Management
Pioneer Underwriters (‘Pioneer’), the entrepreneurial insurer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anand Hari as Head of Catastrophe Risk and Exposure Management. Anand reports directly to Graeme Rayner, Group Director of Underwriting and is based in the London office.
Anand brings more than a decade of experience to Pioneer. Most recently, he was Head of Direct and Facultative Modelling at Faraday Syndicate 435. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the modelling team which included delivering Solvency II and other regulatory requirements from the PRA and Lloyd’s. Anand began his career as a Catastrophic Loss Modeler at Faraday Syndicate 435.
